1. Acceptance
By accessing CrispCanopy Cards, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Payments and refunds
Prices are in USD and include taxes where applicable. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase and before 40% completion of the course.
4. Content and licenses
All platform materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the courses for personal use.
5. User submissions
You retain ownership of your projects. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display work you voluntarily submit for showcases, with the right to withdraw on written notice.
6. Acceptable use
Do not infringe intellectual property, bypass security, or misuse services. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the services at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
